Standard Terms & Conditions

  • Subject to these terms and conditions resellers can use the points in their HP Reward Account to claim rebates on company purchases made from HP UK Distribution partners. 1% HP Commercial Desktops, HP Probook notebooks, Compaq commercial notebooks and HP & Compaq commercial displays, HP Server options, selected HP Laser printers
  • 2% HP Elitebook notebooks & selected HP laser printers
  • 3% HP Commercial Accessories and HP Workstations & HP Mobile Workstations & selected HP laser printers

  1. To take advantage of the promotion, resellers must:-
    • Activate an account at www.hprewards.co.uk - search your reseller name and complete all the fields within the registration form;
    • The account can only have one point of contact and email address;
    • Your login will allow you to view your credit.
  2. Your purchases will be automatically tracked via HP's UK certified distribution partners and points credited to your account once a month. HP will reward points based on its sales out reports, no other reports will be considered. You will start accrueing points from the calendar month you join HP rewards.
  3. Rebate claims can only be submitted by the nominated account holder for the reseller. To make a claim against the HP Reward account, the reseller is required to revisit the website, www.hprewards.co.uk;
    • Log in to their HP account;
    • Complete a claim form;
    • Provide proof of purchase in the form of a copy of the invoice from a HP UK distribution partner must show the company address on the account. Proof of order or despatch will not be accepted. The invoice must clearly show the products purchased, serial numbers, the purchase price and the date of purchase. The participant must not send original invoice/receipts as they will not be returned;
    • Or scan the invoice, upload and submit with the completed claim form online.
  4. We must receive the rebate claim form within 30 days of the date of invoice. Each time you accrue or withdraw points your HP account balance will be adjusted.
  5. Claims are limited to one per company per month. A single claim cannot exceed £5000.
  6. The promotion is valid in respect of qualifying products purchased from an authorised HP distribution partner. Purchases from other HP resellers to not qualify.
  7. The promotion is only valid for resellers;
  8. Once the claim has been received and approved, the account holder will receive confirmation of receipt of the rebate claim form by email from help@hprewards.co.uk stating whether or not the claim for a rebate has been successful. It is the claimant’s responsibility to contact the agent using the email address above within seven days of their claim being sent if an email acknowledgement has not been received.
  9. Cheques will be made payable to the company name on the HP Rewards account.
  10. Provided that the terms and conditions of this promotion have been met, a rebate for the relevant amount will be paid to you by cheque within 75 days of receipt of your application.
  11. The rebate is inclusive of all taxes. Where this rebate payment constitutes a taxable benefit, all tax liability lies with the recipient.
  12. All instructions form part of these terms and conditions. The rebate will only be paid upon satisfaction by the participant of these terms and conditions. By completing the claim process participants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions. Return of the qualifying HP product to the seller following submission of the claim for the rebate will disentitle the participant to the rebate.
  13. In the event of a product failing or being replaced during the rebate claim period and if the rebate claim has not been paid out, the original claim will be voided and you will need to re-submit your claim accordingly against your replacement order. If the product is returned after the rebate claim has been accepted and paid, it is at Hewlett Packards discretion to deduct the rebate amount from any future refunds relating to this order.
  14. Rebates are paid out based on the price paid excluding VAT, delivery or any other extras.

  16. The rebate cannot be granted to the participant who: a) is not registered with the scheme; and/or b) is not a reseller of HP commercial products has not purchased a qualifying HP product within the promotional period; and/or c) has not completed the claim form; and/or d) has not supplied proof of purchase; and/or e) has not submitted their claim online or to the address set out in the claim form within 30 days from the date of purchase; and/or f) failed in any way to comply with these terms and conditions.
  17. HP reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible claims. No responsibility will be accepted for submissions which have been lost, or are late, damaged, misdirected, delayed in the post or insufficiently pre-stamped. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
  18. HP is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the promotion.
  19. HP reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents.
  20. All documentation submitted for this promotion becomes property of HP and will not be returned. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and future HP promotions and may result in the submitter being subject to prosecution.
  21. The decisions of HP in respect of any and all aspects of the promotion will be final and binding.
  22. HP reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of this offer without notice.
  23. Participants providing an incomplete claim form will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the required items within seven days. If the participant still fails to comply with the terms and conditions, the claim for rebate will be refused.
  24. By taking part in HP rewards you opt in to receive communications from HP Rewards on special offers, events and promotions from HP.
