Q. How do I earn credits on HP Rewards?
A.
Just register for HP Rewards & buy qualifying HP Products through UK certified distributors, the more HP you buy, the more credit you'll get into your account.

Q. I am not a HP reseller, how do I register?
A.
If you are not a HP reseller and would like to become one, please download and complete the application form and send to a HP accredited distributor. Once they have provided you with a HP account number please contact HP Rewards customer services on 0845 415 4102 to get your company added to the promotion.

Q. Do I have to provide proof or purchase for everything I buy?
A.
No, HP Rewards automatically credits your account when you buy from HP distribution.

Q. When does my company start earning credits?
A.
HP Rewards will register credits for the month you become registered for HP Rewards & every month thereafter until the end of the promotion.

Q. How long do I have to use my credits?
A.
Your credits are valid as long as HP Rewards remains open, we will give you 60 days notice of withdrawl if HP Rewards is discontinued, giving you time to claim your money.

Q. How do I claim my credits?
A.
In order to use your HP Rewards credit you must purchase a qualifying HP product, present us with the invoice & let us know how much of your credit you wish to use against that invoice. For example, you might have £150 of HP Rewards credit in your account and you decide to claim that against the purchase of a HP colour MFP laser printer from distribution, if the new printer is costing £250 you can claim £150 of the cost back in the form of a cheque from HP Rewards. You are allowed to make a claim once a month.

Q. If I have accrued rewards in May, when can I use them against a future purchase?
A.
You can claim your rewards cashback the month after you have earned the credits, in this case you would send in a claim accompanied by a June invoice for the HP product you wish to claim your rewards against.

Q. Is there a limit to the amount of money I can earn with HP Rewards?
A.
There is no limit, however we will remind to use the credit in your account if the amount of credit in your account exceeds £5000.

Q. Will special bid sellout be included? Will a special bid invoice be eligible for claiming?
A.
Yes, if your company is eligible for special bid pricing from HP the purchases will be included in your HP Rewards statements and you can select products you have bought on special bids to claim your credits against.

Q. Is there a minimum amount of credit that I have to have accrued to make a claim?
A.
Yes, we cannot accept claims for less than £100.

Q. When are the HP Rewards members accounts updated?
A.
By the 5th day of every month

Q. I have bought products from HP accredited distributors but I cannot see the rewards in my account, what should I do?
A.
Please refer to the distributor you purchased products from, the HP Rewards team can only report purchases using data from HP & its distributors.
